Using the Gold-Standard Cutera XEO CoolGlide® 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser; For hair removal including the treatment of pseudofolliculitis barbae (ingrown hairs), laser energy targets the melanin (pigment) in the hair follicle to prevent regrowth of the hair structure without damaging the epidermis or surrounding tissue. The 1064 nm wavelength parameters make this a safe and effective laser for ALL skin types including tanned skin. The patented tissue cooling hand piece results in treatments with minimal discomfort.
